SMS Terms

These terms cover the text message program operated by Due North Equity. They restate the SMS terms already set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Opting In

By providing your telephone number, you agree to receive marketing or one-on-one communication messages from Due North Equity. By opting into our SMS campaign, you agree to receive text messages from us.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. Reply “HELP” for help.

How We Handle Your Opt-In Data

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
