How we work
We come and look at the job rather than quoting it over the phone. Then we tell you what actually needs doing, what can wait, and what it will cost — in writing, before you agree to anything.
Most of the work on any job is the part nobody sees. Substrate that is flat and solid, surfaces that are clean and sound, flashing and waterproofing where water wants to get in. Skip it and the finish looks fine for a season and then does not.
